Ball Stretching 101
Ball stretching? Ever heard of it? Let's talk about it.
The tradition of stretching and modifying the human body is hardly a new one. Many ancient civilizations stretched everything from ears, to necks, to their genitals. The question remains: Why, oh why would a man want to pull on his balls to make them hang lower? There are a few reasons.
1) Ball stretching feels fucking amazing. I personally have always had tight balls that kept close to the body, and because of that I love them pulled, tugged and sucked on. I personally have always loved the ragtallion look of low hanging balls and have been jealous of gents with low hangers. To me, big swinging balls are just so hot. So that brings us to...
2) Vanity. It's an aesthetic choice. As a trainer I acknowledge the simple truth that all parts of the body respond to force. That being said, gentle force is the name of the game here. It is important that you never force a stretch, tug too hard, or go too fast. Patience is a virtue, and the key to getting your boys lower.
3) Increased pleasure and new sensations. With lower hanging balls comes new bounce, new sensations, and new feelings for your boys down below. Many report increased sensitivity during sex, and an appreciation for feeling their balls swing to and fro.

My own journey with ball stretching started about 2 years ago when I began working from home. Wearing devices in my pants in the outside world seemed cumbersome to say the least, but now with #WFH it was time to get to work, on deez nuts. 🥜
Finding the right device to start my journey was not an easy one. I knew I had to start small, but many I tried pulled my hair, or pinched my skin. I wanted something comfortable enough to wear all day without doing any harm but substantial enough to add a little weight.
I started trying out different devices, and sharing them with my friends. My best buddy Neil, who is a straight married father, was the first to join in on the fun. We regularly get together for a naked workout, and if you've ever worked out naked you know one thing to be true. Exercise and movement makes your balls high and tight, for two reasons. Blood flow is going elsewhere during your workout, and it is also believed this may be a type of fight or flight mechanism to keep the testicles protected and safe from harm. Because of that, wearing a ball stretcher while you exercise is pretty awesome.
Neil was a total novice, but super game to try. As a fellow trainer, we geek out on all things body related. Of course I had to preface our workout and stretch sesh with the fact that wearing a ball stretcher will likely give you a semi. To which he replied, "Well rock on man, who doesn't love that!"
Fast forward to a phone call with my Father where he divulged he has been ball stretching for over 15 years! My Dad, a straight married father of four, travels with his ball stretchers everywhere he goes. After learning it was a familial urge we shared, I knew there was something more to it.
Ancient Chinese Medicine believed stretching the balls with various methods lead to a boost in testosterone production and would increase male vitality. After doing my own research, that was all I needed to launch a class like BALL YOGA, where we massage and stretch our balls in varied positions. Just last week I recently launched the BALL BUDDY, a collaboration project I am so excited about. SHEA BUTTER. Yes, raw unprocessed Shea Butter. Shockingly, I never even knew Shea Butter came in a solid unrefined and raw state until last week. It looks like a big brick of clay that you need to warm up before applying. Rubbing it between your hands will do the trick. Simply apply generously to your cock and balls before wearing your stretcher and prepare to be amazed. Yes, your cock can handle a little extra moisture too. I've noticed more stretch as soon as I added the Shea Butter, and I've hyperlinked the one I use above.

I’ve been wearing mine since I got them. I didn’t know about Shea butter but am getting some. Great feeling!! A little pinch occasionally when wearing jeans though.
