Naked Core + Stretch
       Friday 8:00am PST / 11:00am EST with Jason

Half core work, half deep stretching, this hybrid class offers the best of both worlds in one sweaty naked package.
Perfect for all fitness levels.

Naked Qigong
       Tuesday 7:30pm PST / 10:30pm EST with Thomas
       Sunday 5pm PST / 8pm EST with Thomas

A centuries old practice made new by getting nude. This powerful combination of movement, breath work, meditation and martial arts basics combine for a restorative energy building class perfect for all levels and ages.

Bare Bootcamp
       Tuesday 8am PST / 11am EST with Grant
       Thursday 8am PST / 11am EST with Grant
       Saturday 11am PST / 2pm EST with Brandon

Our signature bootcamp is a full body, HIIT interval class with no equipment needed, and no pants allowed. 
Moderate intensity, all levels welcome.

FAQ

How do I book a class?
Simply select your class above, and proceed through check out. You will be prompted on how to proceed and provided a class link in your e-mail after you complete your purchase. Please remember to check your junk mail for class login info.


Do I have to get naked?
Yes. The entire idea is to be naked, shed inhibitions, and connect with your body free of limitations.

Can others see me?
Yes. All cameras are required to be on and all participants are required to be nude. That being said, the instructors feed will be the main one during class and you won't really see much of the other clients. NO RECORDING is allowed, and please remember to mute your mic once class starts.

Is class open to anyone?
Yes. Men and women of all ages are welcome, as long as you're 18 or over. We love couples and families to join too!

What if I get aroused?
It happens, and while an erection is nothing to be ashamed of, it should not be the focus. Your body may be responding to new sensations, and that's ok. Despite the fear of accidental boners in class, when you're working out hard and breaking a sweat - it's the last thing on your mind and your body is more focused on the workout. Simply quiet your mind and focus on the exercise.
