After more than two decades leading group fitness classes, master trainer and professional dancer Jason Wimberly knew that traditional fitness overlooked so much of the human body and he was eager to create a more holistic approach to male wellness.
Every class is rooted in the Three Pillars of Male Wellness: Movement, Meditation, and Masturbation.
What to expect?
Class begins with breath work and joint prep before moving through a rigorous core strengthening workout. This is a serious workout and you will be dripping sweat. Every class has a different focus, but many sections are repeated allowing you more time to fully immerse yourself and learn the curriculum. From there we move through a floor work series designed to strengthen your pelvic floor, complete with self massage exercises to bolster your sexual chi. Classes finishes with optional release and meditation.

1) What if I get aroused? Congrats! An erection is a wonderful thing. There is no shame in arousal, and in fact we will do many exercises focused on your cock that are designed to illicit arousal. This is a safe space to experience true physical joy and pleasure without any shame or judgement.
2) How hard is the workout? It's tough but modifications are always provided when needed. We work hard to earn our reward.
