All cameras are required to be on and all participants are required to be nude. That being said, the instructors feed will be the main one during class and you won't really see much of the other clients. NO RECORDING is allowed, and please remember to mute your mic once class starts.
Is class open to anyone? Yes. Men and women of all ages are welcome, as long as you're 18 or over. We love couples and families to join too!
What if I get aroused? It happens, and while an erection is nothing to be ashamed of, it should not be the focus. Your body may be responding to new sensations, and that's ok. Despite the fear of accidental boners in class, when you're working out hard and breaking a sweat - it's the last thing on your mind and your body is more focused on the workout. Simply quiet your mind and focus on the exercise.
